I don't sell workouts. I build people.
I started coaching because I watched too many people pour everything they had into the gym and get almost nothing back — not because they were lazy, but because no one ever gave them a real plan or stuck around to adjust it. That's the whole reason this exists.
How it
started.
For over a decade I trained alongside people who were doing everything "right" and still spinning their wheels.
I was the guy in the gym people kept walking up to with questions — about their knees, their plateau, the program they found online that wasn't working. I started writing plans for friends on napkins. Then their friends asked. Then strangers.
What became obvious fast: the issue was almost never effort. It was the lack of a plan built for them — and the lack of anyone in their corner who actually paid attention week to week. So I made that the entire job. No giant client roster. No copy-paste templates. Just real coaching, one person at a time.
Who you'll be working with.
I've spent 12+ years under the bar and in the trenches with clients — beginners, busy parents, lifelong athletes, and people starting over at 50.
The letters matter less than the reps. I've coached 300+ people through real transformations, and I've made (and fixed) every mistake in my own training so you don't have to repeat them.
Off the gym floor I'm a husband, a dad, and someone who believes strength is one of the most honest forms of self-respect there is. That's the standard I hold for myself — and the one I'll hold for you.
Why this
needed to exist.
The fitness industry is built to keep you a little bit lost — and paying for it.
Generic apps
Hand you a plan and forget your name the second you log in.
Big-box trainers
Cycle you through the same circuit they run everyone through.
Influencers
Sell you intensity, not strategy. Hype isn't a program.
Every January
A new program promises the thing the last one didn't deliver.
After watching too many good people quit — convinced they were the problem — I wanted to build the opposite of all of it.
How I coach instead.
One plan, built for your body — then adjusted every single week based on what's actually happening.
A program that fits your life
Built around your schedule, your equipment, and your real experience level.
Real nutrition guidance
Not a list of banned foods — an approach you can actually live with.
Weekly check-ins
We look at the data together and change course before you ever stall.
Direct access to me
When life gets in the way — because it will — I'm a message away.
The result isn't just a better body. It's clients who finally understand their own training and never feel lost again.
The non-negotiables.
Honesty over hype
I'll tell you what's working, what isn't, and how long it'll really take. No fake timelines, no magic.
Built for you, not everyone
Your plan is yours. If it could be copy-pasted to the next person, I haven't done my job.
Show up, every week
Accountability runs both ways. You commit to the work; I commit to paying attention to all of it.
Sustainable beats extreme
The best program is the one you can actually keep. We build habits that outlast motivation.
Earned, not claimed.
"Strength isn't given. It's built — one honest week at a time."— Brandon Nielsen
In person & everywhere online.
In-person coaching runs out of [Your Gym], [Your City] — serving the surrounding metro and nearby towns. Online clients get the exact same system from anywhere in the world.
Wherever you train, the coaching is the same: personal, attentive, and built around your life.
As this grows, the promise stays exactly the same as day one: a small number of clients, coached personally, who never feel like a number — and who walk away stronger than they thought possible.
